When someone goes missing the police have to piece together details about the person in order to create a profile. This can help them work out where the person might have gone and can also be used to 'jog' other people's memories.
The notes below were taken from a policeman's notebook after making inquiries about a missing teenager. Read them carefully, then:
a) Write a detailed profile on this person; where do you
think she has gone; why; what are her habits etc.
b) Design a missing notice to be displayed in the local
area. Use some of the information from the profile.
You may also add any information as long as it 'fits in' with the ideas here.
Remember to delete all these instructions and the notes before you print your work.
