Bullying: ICT work sheet
NEW |
ICT - internet research / letter writing practice - and spelling h/w work sheets. Use with a mind map of the essay and a text that includes bullying. Texts could be Jimmy Woods and the Big Bad Wolf by Mick Gowar or, for more able, Tom Brown's School Days. Also consider The Present Takers by Aidan Chambers. Liz (the author) says: This is a great way to get Y7 students into essays. Debates can be quite heated. As a starting point you can get students to stand in certain parts of the room depending on whether they agree, disagree or are not sure about a statement. They then argue the point from where they are standing. A statement that always gets them debating is: "Teachers always do something about bullying." |
